Notes for interpreting it:

- All times are Kyiv local time (Europe/Kiev). Times shown without a date fall
  on the current day. The DTG zone suffix reflects the current offset (B in
  winter, C in summer).
- An *active warning* means an air raid alert is currently in force for that
  area and sirens are sounding. Warnings are issued by regional civil-defence
  authorities, not by this service.
- Place names are transliterated from Ukrainian using the official Ukrainian
  romanization standard, with the original Ukrainian name in brackets.
- Warnings are tracked per oblast, raion, hromada, and city, so a single
  nationwide alert appears here as many separate areas.
- Two different scopes are in play, and they are not comparable. The
  warning status sections count every area at every administrative level,
  while the statistics sections (key data totals, assessment and trends,
  and both regional breakdowns) are computed from oblast-level records
  plus Kyiv city only. An oblast whose alert is currently held only at
  raion or hromada level therefore appears under warning above while
  counting as zero in the statistics.
